IMPORTANT SCHEDULING UPDATE
Patients with two or more unexcused no-shows or same-day cancellations in a calendar year will be required to pay a $100 deposit for future appointments.
The practice reserves the right to dismiss patients for repeated late cancellations or no-shows.
