Nidhi Purohit
Medical Assistant

Nidhi Purohit is a Medical Assistant at Albemarle Dermatology Associates. Her responsibilities include gathering patient histories, assisting with surgeries, and helping with patient education.

Nidhi majored in Neuroscience with a minor in Psychology at The University of Virginia. She is continuing to pursue a career in medicine, and has her certification as a Dermatology Tech. Her favorite part of the job is simply, the people. She loves seeing patients and hearing their stories. Nidhi is also grateful for her wonderful colleagues and providers, who she is continuing to learn from.

Outside of her profession, Nidhi loves working with technology, hiking, sketching, and finding the best ice cream places around!
